Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charged 100% for service for any NO-SHOWS. For any cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, that is communicated, will be charged 50% of service. If cancellation is not communicated with lash tech for any reason, it is considered a NO-SHOW and client will be charged 100% of service.
